The Everything DiSC® Workplace tool can be used with everyone in an organization or business, regardless of title or role, to improve the quality of the workplace. Everything DiSC® Workplace is classroom training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.
How does it work?
Each participant completes an online DiSC® Behavioral Assessment in advance of the training. Once at the training, participants are presented with their personalized 20-page Everything DiSC® Workplace Profile. The profile and presentation help them learn about their own personal style and explore the priorities that drive them during their workday. They also discover their reactions to different DiSC® styles of team members and clients. The goal is to use DiSC® to better communicate with different behavioral styles, as well as gaining an understanding of how others interpret our behavior.
DiSC® education enhances your team’s ability to provide trusted communication with your clients, in the client’s preferred style of communication. This helps the clients bonding rate, because you speak their language. Clients want to do business with people that make them comfortable and where they feel appreciated, valued, and respected. By “speaking their language” in their preferred communication style, the clients get what they need from your business.
